Our Giving Policy

You can be assured that the money and in-kind gifts that you give to Livada go directly to the benefit of the orphans and abandoned children and not toward exorbitant overhead costs or unethical expenditures. We are accountable to you and held accountable by our executive Board of Directors and the ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability) under our certification.

Livada is a licensed 501(c) 3 non-profit organization in the USA and an accredited, registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Romania. All donations are tax-deductible and will be promptly receipted. Our Federal EIN# is 01-0576849.
