Summer Camp memories are among the greatest for the children we serve in Romania. At camp they spend an unforgettable week with teams, staff and volunteers. For many, this is the one week of the year that they can escape the uneventful world of their group home or experience a brighter, more cheerful place than conditions in their village. For many this is the only time they truly feel safe, loved and free to just be kids!
Our staff is always looking for open doors to share God’s love and plan for their lives with these children. During camp each summer, these doors swing wide open and Christ’s love and truth from God’s word are shared openly. Camp is the only place that we are completely free to share the gospel and the love of Christ openly with many children in state care.

Making Memories to Last a Lifetime
Camps run throughout the summer with the help of our summer interns and short term mission teams. The in-town camp options range from Vacation Bible School style camps that teach Bible stories and themes in creative ways through stories, crafts and games combined with outings in town, to all day Sports Camps that teach teamwork, communication skills and good sportsmanship. The last day usually involves a field trip that broadens the horizons of the campers and also allows them to make special, positive memories that last forever.

Our policy is to apply all gifts given toward a specific project to that project. Occasionally, we receive more contributions than can be wisely applied to a specific project. When that happens, we use the excess funds to meet other pressing needs.
