Cristina Jimborean
Cradle Care - Caregiver
Cristina first crossed paths with the LOC Foundation in 2008, working as a group home mother at Casa Rebeca. Although her time there was cut short due to the 2009 Financial Crisis, her heart remained connected to the mission. In 2016, Cristina rejoined the LOC Foundation as a child caregiver at the pediatric hospital in Luduș, and her journey with the children truly began. Her passion has always been to do something meaningful in the eyes of God, especially for vulnerable children. Cristina pours her heart into identifying each child's needs, providing the love, care, and attention they need to grow emotionally, physically, and mentally. From helping babies take their first steps to celebrating developmental milestones, Cristina’s dedication has been life-changing for the children in her care. In 2023, Cristina expanded her role by contributing to the After School program in Ogra, while her deepest passion remains with Cradle Care. Alongside her team, she also extended her care efforts to the Pediatric Hospital in Târnăveni, bringing love and stimulation to even more children in need. Her journey doesn’t stop there—Cristina even adopted one of the babies she cared for, becoming a wonderful mother to her. Over the past 8 years, she has continued to serve as a valued member of the LOC Foundation team, offering love and hope to children every single day.
