A Joyful Start to the New Year
How did you begin the new year?
For us, it started in the very best way—with a Christmas and New Year “after party” alongside some of the most faithful participants in our Follow-Up Program from recent years. It was a beautiful reminder that ministry is ultimately about relationships, growth, and walking together over time.
The setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Snow covered the ground, creating a true winter wonderland. Inside, there was plenty of good food, tasty snacks, and mugs of hot chocolate warming cold hands. Laughter filled the room, conversations flowed easily, and the atmosphere was full of joy and gratitude.
But the greatest highlight wasn’t the weather or the food—it was seeing the boys again. Watching how much they have grown, matured, and flourished is deeply moving. Each one carries a story of resilience, and it’s a privilege to witness how beautifully they are developing as young men.
Moments like these remind us why follow-up matters. Staying connected, showing up again and again, and celebrating milestones together makes a lasting difference.
We are so proud of these young men and incredibly grateful to be part of their journey.
